IMPORTANT: Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM MT ship the same day. During new releases or holidays, please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Orders are shipped UPS and FedEx unless otherwise specified. Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday or on U.S. holidays will be processed the next business day. Our policies are straightforward:

In compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill, all of our hemp-derived THCA products are federally legal. Every flower shipment is discreetly packaged, vacuum-sealed for freshness, and includes lab reports along with a legal notice verifying compliance.

Please Note: Due to current state laws, we are unable to ship THCa products to the following states: Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full minus a 5% processing fee. If cancelled after shipping but before delivery, refunds will exclude shipping costs and the 5% fee.

Return Policy

We proudly stand behind the quality of our organic THCA products. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Products with broken vacuum seals or opened packaging are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact us with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we will provide the return address upon request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside the continental United States. Customers are responsible for knowing local laws. THCA Order is not liable for seized, lost, or confiscated international shipments.

Wholesale Transactions

All wholesale sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of the product.
