FDA Disclosure
Our products are not for use by or sale to persons under the age of 21. Products should only be used as directed on their labels. They should not be used if you are pregnant or nursing. THCA Order does not make any claims that our products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Under DSHEA (Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994), we cannot state or imply that our products address specific medical conditions. Any reviews, testimonials, or third-party content posted on our site are the opinions of the individuals who share them and do not represent the official position of THCA Order.
THCA Disclosure
Our products are Farm Bill compliant and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. While THCA flower may convert to THC when heated, products are shipped and sold in compliance with all federal hemp regulations. Please check your local and state laws before ordering, as restrictions may vary.
Legal Status Notice
Our products are derived from hemp and intended for lawful use only. Hemp-derived THCA products that comply with the 2018 Farm Bill are federally legal in the United States. However, customers are responsible for understanding the laws in their own state or jurisdiction before purchasing. THCA Order makes no guarantee regarding legality outside of federal compliance.
Drug Testing Disclosure
While drug tests do not specifically test for THCA, most tests detect THC metabolites which appear after THCA is decarboxylated (heated). Using THCA products may result in a positive drug test. If you are subject to drug testing, we recommend avoiding use of these products.
